Although strong traning, preparation, organization & attitude rose to the forefront the week before the A&M match, but the boys simply had a lackluster performance last night against A&M. The Aggies used their strong pick&gos to repeatedly gobble up real estate and Freshman HS All-American J.B. Brown struck four times from close range to lead the Aggies over TXST 29-3. TXST fought itself by repeatedly losing possession with careless ball handling after significant breaks and could not capitalize when backing the Ags against their own goal. Renegades travel for a double dip next Saturday @ Rice. Varsity takes on Rice in SWC action at 2pm. JV will play their first Lonestar Conference match against Blinn JC in Buccaneer Rugby’s innaugural Cup Match, immediately following the Varsity match at Rice.
